Sometime last year, after receiving a speeding ticket, I had the opportunity to participate in the Lodi Traffic and Driving School run and operated by Bernadette Andersen. The instruction was informative, interesting, and to my surprise, laced with Bernadette’s humor. This made the evening time spent in Traffic school go quickly. Best of all, the message provided in instruction were effective in slowing me down, thus decreasing the likelihood of accident or injury.
When I mailed in my certificate of completion, I did not realize, until much later that the record of my completion of Traffic school was never recorded. I called Bernadette requesting a duplicate certificate. Since records are now electronic this was not possible. Bernadette made personal calls to the county traffic division and talked directly with a supervisor about how to help remedy this situation. She took her own time to write a detailed letter to the court explaining what had happened including all important details. Through her efforts and perseverance we were able to correct this situation, significantly lowering my insurance premiums.
I am grateful for Bernadette’s personal commitment to the work that she does, and her high level of client service. I hope never to have to attend Traffic school in the future, but if I do it will be with Bernadette at Lodi Traffic and Driving School. I give this business my highest recommendation for quality, service, and personal satisfaction
